Office Manager & Business Case Handler

Vicky joined Open Vision Finance in September 2019 as a Business Case Handler and has since progressed into the role of Office Manager. With over a decade of experience in the housing industry, she initially took time off to raise her family, and returning to the mortgage sector has been the perfect move for her.

In her current position, Vicky oversees the daily operations of the office while efficiently managing business cases. She is committed to providing exceptional customer service to clients and strives to build strong relationships to ensure their loyalty to Open Vision Finance.

Outside of work, Vicky cherishes spending time with her family. Whether it’s a fun day out at a theme park or enjoying a cozy family movie night at home, she loves every moment she shares with them. Days at the beach in Cornwall are always a family favourite!
